
The Goal
First Bexley bank came to Fleisher Communications Group shortly after opening their doors two years ago. Their goal was to first increase word of mouth buzz in the community they serve then to extend that momentum even further.
The Strategy
To reach their local market we first focused our pitches at the local level, coinciding media placements with local neighborhood events sponsored by the bank. In the banks second year of business we expanded our placements to publications across the greater Central Ohio market. As banks began to suffer during the recession, we also worked on distributing the message that First Bexley Bank is fiscally sound and a secure bank to do business with.
The Results
First Bexley Bank’s success story has been featured in both the Bexley News and Bexley This Week News. In addition, The Columbus Dispatch and Business First have featured stories on their notable growth. The bank’s CEO has also added valuable input as a source on lending stories and recession related banking stories for both CEO Magazine and Business First.
