The Goal
Goldman & Braunstein are experts at eminent domain law. Their goal was to use earned media to reach the people that might someday be in need of their services.
The Strategy
Eminent domain cases often involve farmland. So we pitched to publications with large rural/farm readership. In addition, we pitched court cases that resulted in large jury awards and encouraged reporters to do more encompassing stories about eminent domain.
The Results
A front-page placement and follow-up was secured in the Newark Advocate following a large jury verdict. Placements have also been secured in Business First and Ohio Farmer and OhioFarmer.com
